Where upon the application of any person who has obtained a judgment or order against a debtor for the recovery or pay- ment of money a gamisbee order is made under rule 43 of Order XVII against a parishce attach- ing debis owing or accruing from him to the debtor, the following costs shall be allowed-
(a) do the garnishee, to
be
deducted by him from any debt owing by him as afore- seid before payments to the applicant-
(2) If no affidavit used (i) lf affidavit used
(4) to the applicant, to be re- lained, unless the Court otherwise orders, out of the money recovered by him vader the garnished order aud in priority to the amount of the debt owing to him under che judgment order---
