VENTILATION (AMENDMENT) BY-LAWS 1965.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 88 of the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance 1960, the Urban Council has made the following by-laws-
1. These by-laws may be cited as the Ventilation (Amendment) Citation, By-laws 1965.
2. By-law 3 of the Ventilation By-laws 1961 is amended by the Amendment insertion in paragraph (b) of the definition "building", after the word of by-law 3. "workplace", of the following-
shop or office".
Made by the Urban Council this 6th day of July, 1965.

The purpose of these by-laws is intended to extend the scope of the provi- simms contained in the Ventilation By-laws 1961 to include shops and offices.
