MERCHANT SHIPPING (LAUNCHES AND FERRY VESSELS)
REGULATIONS 1965.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 94 of the Merchaut Shipping Ordinance 1953, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-

CITATION, APPLICATION AND INTERPRETATION.

"it" means the appropriate fee, if any, prescribed in the Merchant (LN. 86/65),
Shipping (Fees) Regulations 1965;
"local certificate of competency" means a certificate of competency
issued in accordance with regulation 18;
