RADIATION ORDINANCE (AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE)
ORDER 1965.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of the Radiation Ordinance 1957, the Radiation Board has, subject to the approval of the Legislative Council, made the following Order-
1. This Order may be cited as the Radiation Ordinance (Amend- Citation. ment of Schedule) Order 1965.
2. The Schedule to the Radiation Ordinance 1957 is amended in Amendment paragraph (1) by the insertion, after the word "thorium", of the of Schedule. following-
"or any compound thereof".

Explanatory Note,
(This Note is not part of the Order but is intended to indicate in general purport).
This Order amends the Schedule to the Radiation Ordinance 1957 by the clusion of thorium compounds among the substances to which the provisions of the Ordinance apply. This brings the Schedule to that Ordinance into hor with the Schedule to the Radio-Active Minerals Ordinance. Chapter 145,
