FACTORIES AND INDUSTRIAL UNDERTAKINGS (RADIATION)

(REVOCATION) SPECIAL REGULATIONS 1963.

In exercise of the powers couferred by section 5 of the Factories and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance 1955, the Commissioner of Labour has made the following special regulations—

Explanatory Note.

This Note is not part of the regulations, but is intended

to indicate their general purport).

The revocation of the Factories and Industrial Undertakings (Radiation) Special Regulations 1957 is rendered necessary by the enactment of the Radia- tion (Control of Radioactive Substances) Regulations 1965 and the Radiation (Control of Irradiating Apparatua) Regulations 1965, which together have rendered the substance of the former regulations redundant.
