Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council under section 5 of the Factories and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance 1955. on the 12th day of May, 1965.
Resolved, pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of the Factories and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance 1955, that the follow- ing regulations made by the Commissioner of Labour on the 1st day of February, 1965 be approved-
Factories and Industrial Undertakings (Radiation) (Revocation) Special Regulations 1965.
