BIRTHS REGISTRATION (SPECIAL REGISTERS) (AMEND- MENT OF FIFTH SCHEDULE) REGULATIONS 1965.
In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section 13
of the Births Registration (Special Registers) Ordinance, the Governor
in Council has made the following regulations—
mencement.
1. These regulations may be cited as the Births Registration Clution (Special Registers) (Amendment of Fifth Schedule) Regulations 1965, and com and shall come into operation on the day appointed for the commence- ment of the Births and Deaths Registration (Amendment) Ordinance (1 of 1985). 1965.

Part I of the Fifth Schedule to the Births Registration (Special Amendment
of Fifth Registers) Ordinance is amended by-
Schedule.
(a) the deletion of the figures "1.00”, “5.00””, “1.00" and "1.00" (Cap. 175).
and the substitution therefor respectively of the following-

(6) the deletion of the words, punctuation and figures “But if
posted to an addressee outside the Colony
and the substitution therefor of the following- "But if posted to an addressee outside the Colony
and if required to be sent by airmail
