Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council in exercise of the power conferred by section 5 of the Factories and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance 1955 on the 11th day of March, 1965.
Resolved, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Factories and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance 1955, that the Factories and Industrial Undertakings (Notification of Occupational Diseases) Regulations 1965, made by the Com- missioner of Labour on the 3rd day of March. 1965 under section 5 of the said Ordinance, be approved.
