Section 8 of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsection (1) by the deletion of "for every period of twelve months ending on the 31st day of August in each year," and the substitution therefor of the following-
**for the period ending on the 30th day of September, 1955, and thereafter for every period of twelve months ending on the 30th day of September in each year,”,
This printed impression has been carefully compared by me with the Bill which passed the Legislative Council on the 15th day of September, 1965, and is found by me to be a true and correctly printed copy of the said Bill.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as The Chinese University of Short side. Hong Kong (Amendment) Ordinance 1965.
