An Ordinance further to amend the Widows and Orphans Pension
Ordinance.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Widows and Orphans Short title. Pension (Amendment) Ordinance 1965.
1. Section 7 of the Widows and Orphans Pension Ordinance Amendment (hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended-
of section 7. (Cap. 94).
(a) by the deletion, in subsection (1), of the words "of whom the Financial Secretary shall be one" and the substitution therefor of the following
"of whom one shall be nominated as chairman by the Governor":
(b) by the deletion, in subsection (4), of the words "Financial Secretary" and the substitution therefor of the following-
"chairman"; and
