An Ordinance further to amend the Merchant Shipping Ordinance 1953.

Ba it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and
consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
and com- mancemeat.
4. This Ordinance may be cited as the Merchant Shipping Short title (Amendment) Ordinance 1965, and, subject to the provisions of sec- tion 68, shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor by Proclamation in the Gazette.
2. Section 2 of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance 1953 (herein. Amendment after referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended-
of section 2. (14 of 1953).
(a) in the definition "Merchant Shipping Acts", by the deletion of the figures "1952" and the substitution therefor of the following-
*1960":
(6) in the definition "Minister", by the deletion of the words "and
Civil Aviation" wherever they appear; and
