An Ordinance to amend the Chinese Anglican Church Body Incorpora-
tion Ordinance.
(21st August, 1964]
Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and
consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Chinese Anglican Church Short dile.
Body Incorporation (Amendment) Ordinance, 1964.
1. Section 4 of the Chinese Auglican Church Body Incorporation Amendment Ordinance is amended-
(a) in subsection (3), by the insertion, after the word “enjoy”, of
the following-

"and invest moneys upon"; and
(b) by the insertion, after subsection (4), of the following new sub-
section--
**(5) The corporation shall further have power-
(a) to improve, develop and turn to account any land belonging to the corporation or in which the cor- poration has or may acquire a sufficient legal or
