An Ordinance further to amend the Dangerous Goods Ordinance, 1956.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and
consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Dangerous Goods (Amend- Short ride. ment) (No. 2) Ordinance, 1964.
of section 2 (38 of 1956).
2. Section 7 of the Dangerous Goods Ordinance, 1956, is Amendment amended by the insertion, after the definition "prohibited goods", of the following new definition-
""store". when used as a verb, includes to have possession or
custody of or control over that to which the verb relates;”.
