Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Road Traffic (Amendment) Short title Ordinance, 1964, and shall come into operation on a day to be and com- appointed by the Governor by Proclamation in the Gazerre.

Section 2 of the Road Traffic Ordinance, 1957 (hereinafter Amendment referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended, in subsection (2)
(a) by the deletion of paragraph (d) and the substitution therefor
of the following-
