An Ordinance further to amend the Workmen's Compensation Ordin-
ance, 1953.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Workmen's Compensation Short tille (Amendment) Ordinance, 1964, and shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor by Proclamation in the Gazette.

2. The Workmen's Compensation Ordinance, 1953 (hereinafter Division of referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended by the insertion, before section 1, of the following-
**PART I
PRELIMINARY.”.

3. Section 3 of the principal Ordinance is amended by the Amendment insertion, after the definition "member of the family", of the following of section 3. definition-
Second Schedule.
""occupational disease" means any of the diseases specified
in the second column of the Second Schedule and any recurrence or sequelae thereof;".
