WHEREAS the expenditure required for the service of this Colony Preamble. for the financial year ending on the 31st day of March, 1965, has been estimated at the sum of one thousand four hundred and ninety-six million, thirty-two thousand, five hundred and ten dollars:
NOW. THEREFORE, DE IT ENACTED by the Governor of Hong Kong. with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
