3. Section 34 of the principal Ordinance is repealed and replaced by the following-
*Telephone services for

34. The company shall provide the Government with Government. any telephone service that may be required, and, if the service is one in relation to which it is declared in the Schedule that a discount is to be allowed to the Govero- ment, the charge that the company makes under subsection (1) of section 29 for such service shall be reduced by fifty per cent.".
This printed impression has been carefully compared by me with the Bill which passed the Legislative Council on the 8th day of January, 1964, and is found by me to be a true and a correctly printed copy of the said Bill.
