Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and
consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Telephone (Amendment) Sbort tile Ordinance, 1964, and shall come into operation on the 24th day of

2. Section 29 of the Telephone Ordinance, 1951 (hereinafter Amendment referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended by the deletion of of section 29. subsection (2) and the substitution therefor of the following-
"(2) The Schedule may be amended for the purposes of subsection (1) or of section 34 by resolution of the Legislative Council".
