An Ordinance to amend the Forgery Ordinance.
[10th July, 1964.]
Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Forgery (Amendment) Short title. Ordinance, 1964.
2. In section 2 of the Forgery Ordinance (hereinafter referred Amendment
of section 3 to as the principal Ordinance) the definition "valuable security" is
(Cap. 209), amended by the insertion after the words "other security for the pay- meat of money" of the following-
"or any authority or request for the payment of money or for the delivery or transfer of goods or chattels”.
