WHEREAS by section 3 of the Community Relief Trust Fund Ordin. Preamble. ance, 1962, the Community Relief Trust Fund was established and provision was made for such fund to be transferred to and vested in the Director of Social Welfare Incorporated as trustee on a day to be appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette:
AND WHEREAS no such day has been appointed but moneys from the said fund have notwithstanding been applied for the objects declared by the said Ordinance as if the fund had been so transferred to and vested in the Director of Social Welfare Incorporated as trustee:
