LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL RESOLUTION.
TELEPHONE ORDINANCE, 1951. (No. 18 of 1951).
Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council in exercise of the power conferred by subsection (2) of section 29 of the Telophone Ordinance, 1951 on the 5th day of August, 1964.
Resolved, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of
section 29 of the Telephone Ordinance, 1951, that, with effect from the 5th day of August, 1964, the Schedule to the said Ordinance be amended in Part I
(a) by the deletion in the third column of item 1 of the sum "$300" and the substitution therefor of the following-
"$350"'; and
(b) by the deletion in the third column of item 2 of the sum
**$225” and the substitution therefor of the following-
*$235".
