LEGAL PRACTITIONERS (FEES) RULES, 1964.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 72 of the Legal Practitioners Ordinance, 1964, the Chief Justice has made the following rules-

1. These rules may be cited as the Legal Practitioners (Fees) Citation and Rules, 1964, and shall come into operation on the day appointed for commence- the commencement of section 72 of the Legal Practitioners Ordinance. (16 of 1964).

Z (1) The fees set forth in the First Schedule are prescribed Fecs. for payment under the Ordinance.

(2) The fees set forth in the Second Schedule are prescribed for Second payment under the Students Rules, 1964.

(3) The fees set forth in the Third Schedule are prescribed for Third payment under the Admission and Registration Rules, 1964.

3. The fees set forth in the First, Second and Third Schedules Payment of shall be paid to the persons named in the fourth column of such he Schedules, opposite such fees:

Provided that the Chief Justice in his absolute discretion may order that the whole or any part of a fee paid by a solicitor under subsection (1) of section 6 of the Ordinance shall be transferred to the Society for the payment of the expenses of the Society.
