SOCIETIES (AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE) ORDER, 1964.
In exercise of the power conferred on him by the Societies Ordin-
ance, the Governor in Council has made the following Order-
1. This Order may be cited as the Societies (Amendment of Citation.
Schedule) Order, 1964.
2. The Schedule to the Societies Ordinance is amended by the Amendment deletion of Item (3) and the substitution therefor of the following--
(32 of 1961).
*43) Any trade union or any trade union federation registered under the Trade Union Registration Ordinance, 1961.".

Explanatory Note.

This Order, which is consequential upon the enactment of the Trade Union Registration Ordinance, 1961, provides for exemption from registration under the Societies Ordinance, Cap. 151, of any trade union or trade upion federation registered under the former Ordinance.
