Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council under subsection (3) of section 281 of the Companies Ordinance, on the 26th day of March, 1964.
Resolved, pursuant to subsection (3) of section 281 of the Com- panies Ordinance, that the Companies (Fees and Fercentages) (Amendment) Order, 1964, made by the Acting Chief Justice on the 18th day of March, 1964, be sanctioijed.
