TELEPHONE ORDINANCE, 1951.

Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council in exercise of the power conferred by subsection (2) of section 29 of the Telephone Ordinance, 1951 on the 22nd day of January, 1964.

RESOLVED, in exercise of the power conferred by subsection (2) of section 29 of the Telephone Ordinance, 1951, that, with effect from the 24th day of January, 1964, the Schedule to the said Ordinance be amended by-

(a) the deletion of Part 1 and the substitution therefor of the

following

"PART 1

EXCHANGE LINE CHARGES,

used for business purposes within Victoria, Kowloon or the Peaky District, or within a radius of one mile from any exchange that may be established outside those treas

1. For each 220 yards or

$50 for installation, payable in advance. $300 per annum for service, payable in advance, in whok for the first year and thereafter by quar- terly instalments.
