Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
L This Ordinance may be cited as the Crown Lands Resumption Short due. (Amendment) Ordinance, 1963.
Section 6 of the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance is Amendment amended in subsection (2) by the deletion of the words "or justice of the peace" and the substitution therefor of the following-
of section 6. (Cap. 134).
