An Ordinance to amend the Resettlement Ordinance, 1958.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and
consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
I (1) This Ordinance may be cited as the Resettlement Short dile (Amendment) Ordinance, 1963.

(2) Sections 2, 4 and 5 shall be deemed to have had effect as from the commencement of the Resettlement Ordinance, 1958 (hercin- (16 of 1958). after referred to as the principal Ordinance).
2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended by the Amendment insertion, after the definition "erection permit" of the following—
****fce day", in relation to an occupation permit, means the 1st day of January, 1st day of April, Ist day of July, and 1st day of October in any year;".
