PART VIII.
REPEALS.
76. The Dutiable Commodities Ordinance is repealed:
Provided that-
(a) any licence or permit issued under the Dutiable Commodities Ordinance shall continue in force until the date of expiry endorsed thereon and shall be deemed to have been issued under this Ordinance; and
(b) sections 45, 48A, 48B, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 53A, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58. 59, 66A, 69, 70, 71 of that Ordinance and the provisions of sections 6, 7, 8, 34, 37, 38, 43, 47 and 61 of that Ordinance so far as may be necessary for the purposes of liquor licences and the aforesaid sections shall continue in force until they are replaced by an enactment expressed to be in substitution therefor.
