(2) Such orders may prescribe or provide for-

(a) the control, direction and information of the Preventive Service;

(b) discipline:

(c) training:

(d) classifications and promotions:

(e) inspections, drills, exercises and parades;

(f) welfare;

(g) departmental finance;

(h) buildings. grounds, stores, furniture and equipment:

(D) services to be performed by membera;

() the manner and form of reports, correspondence and other

records;

(*) the performance of any act which may be necessary for the proper carrying out of the provisions of this Ordinance or any regulations made thereunder or of any other enactment or for the discharge of any duty imposed by law on the Preventive Service;

()such other matters as may be necessary or expedient for pre- venting abuse or neglect of duty, for rendering the Preventive Service efficient in the discharge of its duties and for carrying out the objects of this Ordinance.

21, No member acting bona fide under powers conferred by this Ordinance shall be liable to any action for damages for any act done or omitted to be done by him in connexion with his duties.

22. The Governor in Council may by regulation prescribe or provide for-

(a) the administration of the Preventive Service Welfare Fund: (b) such other matters as may be necessary or expedient for render- ing the Preventive Service efficient in the discharge of its duties: (c) generally for carrying into effect the provisions of the

Ordinance.

23. (1) Any person who resists or obstructs any member acting in the execution of his duty shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of two hundred and fifty dollars and to imprison ment for six months.

(2) Any person who, not being a member, wears, without permis- sion of the Commissioner, the uniform of the Preventive Service, or any dress having the appearance or bearing any of the distinctive marks of

that uniform or in any manner passes himself off as being a member. shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of two hundred and fifty dollars.

(1) without good and sufficient cause fails to carry out any lawful order,

whether written or verbal;

2) is insubordinate towards any member whase orders it is his duty to obey;

(1) (a) neglects or without good and sufficient cause fails to do, promptly and

diligently, anything it is his duty to do;
