An Ordinance to amend the Resettlement Ordinance, 1958.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and
consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
I (1) This Ordinance may be cited as the Resettlement Short utle (Amendment) Ordinance, 1963.
and com- mencement.
(2) Sections 2, 4 and 5 shall be deemed to have had effect as from the commencement of the Resertlement Ordinance. 1958 (herein (16 of 1958). after referred to as the principal Ordinance).
2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended by the Amendment insertion, after the definition "erection permit" of the following—–—–
'“fen day”, in relation to an occupation permit, means the 1st day of January, 1st day of April, 1st day of July, and 1st day of October in any yeart".
