be admissible in any legal proceedings as evidence of the opinion of the inspector in relation to any matter contained in the report.".
9. Notwithstanding section 3. section 8 of the principal Ordinance shall continue in force in relation to any resolution for altering the pro- visions of a company's memorandum with respect to the objects of the company passed before the commencement of ibis Ordinance.

Au Ordinance to amend the Road Traffic Ordinance, 1957.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows--
I. This Ordinance may be cited as the Road Traffic (Amendment) Sbort tide Ordinance, 1963, and shall be deemed to have come into operation upon the commencement of the Road Traffic Ordinance, 1957.

2. Section 3 of the Road Traffic Ordinance, 1957 is amended in Amendment subsection (1) by the insertion after paragraph (A) of the following new paragraphs-
"Cha) the fees payable for the use of car parks and parking places;
(hb) controlling the user of car parks and parking places; (he) the removal from roads, car parks and parking places of vehicles which contravene any provision of this Ordinance or of any regulation made thereunder and the fees payable in respect of such removal:”.
