3. The Third Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended by the deletion of the paragraph headed "On the West" and the substitu- tion therefor of the following-
"On the West-A straight line drawn from the westernmost point of the Island of Hong Kong to the westernmost point of Green Island, thence a straight line drawn from the westernmost point of Green Island to the easternmost point of Tsing Yi Rock, thence a straight line drawn true north from the casternmost point of Tsing Yi Rock to Tsing Yi, thence along the eastern and northern coast lines of Tsing Yi to the westernmost extremity of Tsing Yi and thence a straight line drawn true north therefrom to the mainland.”,
This printed impression has been carefully compared by mu with the Bill which passed the Legislative Council on the 13th day of February, 1963, and is found by me to be a true || and correctly printed copy of the said Bill,

An Ordinance further to amend the Companies Ordinance, Chapter 32.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and
consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Companies (Amendment) Short title. Ordinance, 1963.
1. Section 2 of the Companies Ordinance (hereinafter referred Amendoest to as the principal Ordinance) is amended by the insertion, after the of section 2. definition "prescribed", of the following new definition—
""printed" means produced by ordinary letterpress or lithography or by such other process as the Registrar in his discretion may accept;".
(Cap. 32).
3. Section 8 of the principal Ordinance is repealed and replaced Repeal and by the following-
