COUNCIL CHAMBER.
5th September, 1963.
Explanatory Note,
(This Note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general purport).
1. These regulations replace the Dutiable Commodities Regulations made under the Dutiable Commoditics Ordinance, Chapter 109.
2. The most important change is that Forms are no longer prescribed by regulations. Provision has been made for all necessary forms to be prescribed by The Director of Commerce and Industry, thereby providing for greater flexibility in the many forms and records required by the regulations.
