EDUCATION (EXEMPTION) ORDER, 1963,
In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section 6
of the Education Ordinance, 1952, the Governor in Council has made
the following Order-
1963.
1. This Order may be cited as the Education (Exemption) Order, Citation.

SCHEDULE,
1. Every vessel used as a school must be-
(a) licensed by the Director of Marine;
(6) seaworthy to the satisfaction of the Director of Marine:
(c) provided with such life-saving and fire-fighting appliances as are
required by any enactment;
(d) provided with such lights and sound signals and anchors as the
Director of Marine may consider accessary; and
(e) provided with such watertight sub-divisions, exits and gangways as the Director of Marine may consider necessary to provide ade quately for the safely of persons in the vessel.
2. Every such vessel and every part thereof and all equipment installed cin shall at all times be maintained and kept in good order to the satisfaction of the Director of Marine,

3. No person in excess of such number as shall be prescribed by the Director of Marine may be permitted to be on or in such vessel at any time, 4. When pupils are on board such vessel for the purposes of the school here shall be at all times on board the vessel and codyly therein at least one Teacher.
