DISTRICT COURT CIVIL PROCEDURE (FORMS) RULES, 1963,
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 48 of the District Court (Civil Jurisdiction and Procedure) Ordinance, 1962, the District Court Rules Committee has made the following rules-
I. These rules may be cited as the District Court Civil Procedure Citation Forms) Rules, 1963, and shall come into operation on the 1st day of and com- September, 1963.
2 (1) In these mules, unless the context otherwise requires-----
Cour" means the District Court and any judge of the Court sitting
in court or in chambers.
(3) Any word or expression which is not defined in the Ordinance in in these rules shall have thë meaning assigned to it by the Code.

4. (1) The forms set forth in the Second Schedule shall be used Forms. in the Court in the cases to which they respectively have reference, with Second

(2) Where no appropriate form is prescribed by these rules or by fary other enactment, the appropriate form for the time being prescribed or under rule 23 of Order XXXI of the Code, with such modifica- is therein as are necessary to make such form applicable to the Court or as the circumstances of the particular case may require, shall
by the prescribed form for the purpose of these rules, and shall, as
regards the form thereof, be valid and sufficient.
