HAWKER (AMENDMENT) BY-LAWS, 1963.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 83 of the Public Hakh and Urban Services Ordinance. 1960, the Urban Council has mede the following by-laws-

1. By-law 21 of the Hawker By-laws, 1960 (hereinafter referred Amendmen m as the principal by-laws) is amended, in the proviso to para-

3 The First Schedule to the principal by-laws is amended- Amendment (a) by the insertion, after paragraph 3, of the following new Schedule.

"Wall stalls.
3A. (1) Every wall stall shall consist of a structure as shown in Diagram VA and shall be sited in the place endorsed on the licence which shall be such as to cause to obstruction to any window opening, entrance, staircase or other means of egress from any building.
(2) No wall stall shall exceed 10 feet in height above ground level nor shall it extend more than I foot 6 inches from the structure against which it rests nor exceed the length endorsed upon the licence relating thereto.
(3) Every wall stall shall be rectangular in shape.":
