BY HIS EXCELLENCY ŠIR ROBERT BROWN BLACK, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hong Kong and its Dependencies and Vice-Admiral of the same.
WHEREAS by regulation 1 of the Food Business (New Territories) Regulations, 1963 (L.N. 63 of 1963), it is provided that the said Regula- tions shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor by Proclamation in the Gazette:
NOW, THEREFORE, I, ROBERT BROWN BLACK, do hereby PROCLAIM that the said Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of July, 1963,
GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the Colony of Hong Kong this 24th day of June, 1963.
