WATERWORKS ORDINANCE.
(Chapter 102).
WATERWORKS (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1963.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29 of the Water- works Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations
1. These regulations may be cited as the Waterworks (Amend- Citation. mrol) Regulations, 1963.
1. Regulation 20 of the Waterworks Regulations is revoked and Revocation replaced by the following regulation-

"20. Any person, who contravenes any provision con- regulation 20. tained in regulation 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 16, 17, 17B, 18 or 19 (Vol. IX,
p. 158). which prohibits the doing of any act or the doing of any act without the permission or licence of the water authority or who fails to comply with any provision contained in any such regulation which requires the performance of any act, shall be guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of five hundred dollars.".
