Explanatory Note.
(This Note is not part of the regulations, but is intended
to indicate their general purport).
These regulations introduce into the law relating to the New Temitona provisions similar to those contained in the Public Cleansing and Prevention d Nuisances By-laws, 1960, in respect of the urban areas.

FERRIES ORDINANCE. (Chapter 104).
FERRIES (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1963.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Ferries Ordinance. the Governor in Council has made the following regulations——
1. These regulations may be cited as the Ferries (Amendment) Citation. Regulations, 1963.
2. Regulation 4 of the Ferries Regulations is amended by the Amendment deletion of the words "fifteen years" and "eighteen years" and the sub- f regula-
tion 4. stitution respectively therefor of the words "twenty years" and "thirty (Vol. IX, years".
