CODE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE (AMENDMENT) RULES, 1963.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 37 of the Supreme Court Ordinance, the Rules Committee hereby makes the following rules---
1. These rules may be cited as the Code of Civil Procedure Citation. (Amendment) Rules, 1963.
2. Order II of the Code of Civil Procedure (hereinafter referred Amendment to as the Code) is amended by the deletion, in rule 21, of the words of Order II. *signed by the Registrar and”.
(Vol VII, P. 40). 3. Order XXI of the Code is amended by the insertion in rule 6. Amendment after the word "solicitor", of the following-
of Order
"nominated or".

4. Order XXIII of the Code is amended by the deletion, in rufe Amendment 10, of the word "offence" and the substitution therefor of the following- of Order

"'office".
5. Order XXVI of the Code is amended by the deletion, in Amendment paragraph (1) of rule 15, of the words "one thousand dollars” and the of Order
XXVI. substitution therefor of the following-
"five thousand dollars'.
