An Ordinance to amend the Tramway Ordinance, Chapter 107.
[21st December, 1962.]
Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and
consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. (1) This Ordinance may be cited as the Tramway (Amend- Short tide ment) Ordinance, 1962.
1963.
(2) Section 20 shall come into operation on the 1st day of April,
and cood-
mencement.
2. Section 3 of the Tramway Ordinance (hereinafter referred to Amendment
as the principal Ordinance) is amended-
(a) in subsection (2), by the deletion of the full stop at the end
thereof and the substitution of the following
"or section 13A or such other plan or set of plaus as may
be approved by the Governor in Council and deposited
with the Director similarly signed."; and
(b) by the deletion of subsection (5).
of section 3.
