An Ordinance to amend the Marine Fish (Marketing) Ordinance, 1956.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Marine Fish (Marketing) Short title. (Amendment) Ordinance, 1962.
2. Section 2 of the Marine Fish (Marketing) Ordinance, 1956 Amendment (hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended by the of section 7. deletion from the definition "market" of the words "established under 228 of 1956). section 11" and the substitution therefor of the following-

"conducted by the Organization”.
Section 3 of the principal Ordinance is amended by the deletion Amendment from subsection (1) of the words "markets established under this Ordin- of section 3. ance" and the substitution therefor of the following-
