An Ordinance further to amend the District Court Ordinance, 1953.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1.
This Ordinance may be cited as the District Court (Amend- Short title. ment) (No. 2) Ordinance, 1962.
2. The District Court Ordinance, 1953 is amended by the addition, Addition of after section 32, of the following new section—
