9. The Licensee, and all persons operating any stations which the Licensee is authorized by this Licence to establish and use shall observe and comply with the relevant provisions of the Telecommunication Convention.

10. In this Licence “Telecommunication Convention" means any International Telecommunication Convention and the Radio Regulations annexed therelo, which have from time to time or at any time beep acceded to by or applied to the Colony,
