VICTORIA PARK SWIMMING POOL (Amendment) By-laws, 1962.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 42 of the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance, 1960, the Urban Council bas made the following by-laws--
1. The by-laws may be cited as the Victoria Park Swimming Clinton. Pool (Amendment) By-laws, 1962.
2. The Victoria Park Swimming Pool By-laws, 1957 (hereinafter Amendment referred to as the principal by-laws) are amended by the deletion from of beading. the beading thereof of the words "VICTORIA PARK SWIMMING (GNA.
19/57). POOL" and the substitution therefor of the following---
*PUBLIC SWEMMENG POOLS””.
3. By-law 1 of the principal by-laws is amended by the deletion Amendment of the words "Victoria Park Swimming Pool" and the substitution there- of by-law 1. for of the following-
"Public Swimming Pools".
4. By-law 2 of the principal by-laws is cancelled and replaced by Cancellation the following-

2. These by-laws apply only to public swimming by-law 2. pools in the urban areas.".
5. By-law 3 of the principal by-laws is amended by the deletion Amendment from the definition "attendant" of the words "the Victoria Park of by-law 3. Swimming Pool" and the substitution therefor of the following-
"aoy swimming pool".
6. By-laws 4, 5, 6 and 8 of the principal by-laws are amended by Amendment the deletion of the expression "the swimming pool", wherever it occurs, of by-laws and the substitution therefor of the following-
"a swimming pool"
1. By-law 9 of the principal by-laws is amended by-
(a) the deletion of the expression "the swimming pool', the first time it occurs, and the substitution therefor of the following-
"swimming pools"; and
(b) by the deletion of the expression "the swimming pool", the second time it occurs, and the substitution therefor of the following-
"any swimming pool",
