PROCLAMATION
No. 3 of 1962.
Governor,
BY HIS EXCELLENCY SIR ROBERT BROWN BLACK, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hong Kong and its Dependencies and Vice-Admiral of the same.
WHEREAS by section 1 of the Trad; Union Registration Ordinance, 1961, (No. 52 of 1961), it is provided that the said Ordinance shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor by Proclamation in the Gazette:
NOW, THEREFORE, I, ROBERT BROWN BLACK, do bereby PROCLAIM that the said Ordinance shall come into operation on the 1st day of April, 1962.
Given under my band and the Public Seal of the Colony of Hong Kong this 27th day of February, 1962.
