In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Mental Health Ordinance, 1960, the Governor bas made the following Order-
1. This Order may be cited as the Declaration of Mental Hospital Citation. Order, 1962.
2. Castle Peak Hospital is declared to be a mental hospital Declaration for the detcation, custody, treatment and care of mentally disordered of mental
