PHARMACY AND POISONS ORDINANCE.
(Chapter 138),
POISONS (AMENDMENT) (No. 3) REGULATIONS, 1961.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Pharmacy
and Poisons Ordinance, the Pharmacy Board with the approval of the Governor in Council has made the following regulations—
I.
These regulations may be cited as the Poisons (Amendment) Citation. (No. 3) Regulations, 1961.
1. The First List to the Poisons Regulations (hereinafter referred Amendment to as the principal regulations) is amended by the addition at the end of Firat List.
(Vol. X. thereof of the following-
"Oxolamine; its salts, except substances containing less than
the equivalent of one per cent of oxolamine".
P. 68).
3.
The Third List to the principal regulations is amended by the Amendment addition at the end thereof of the following-
"Amitriptyline; its salts".
