Regulation 30 of the principal regulations is amended by the of regulation deletion of paragraph (1) and the substitution therefor of the
following-

"(1) Save as provided in regulation 34, application for approval of plans of building works or street works shall be made in the prescribed form and shall include a notice of appointment of an authorized architect in respec of the works and the confirmation by the authorized architect of the appointment and shall be accompanied by such documents as are required under these regulations".
The Schedule to the principal regulations is amended- (a) by the deletion of Forms 8 and 9 and the substitution therefor
