DANGEROUS Goods (AMENDMENT) (No. 2) REGULATIONS, 1961.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Dangerous Goods Ordinance, 1956, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-
I. These regulations may be cited as the Dangerous Goods Citation. (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1961.

containers constructed and maintained to the satisfaction of the Licensing Authority,
(6) No container containing liquid oxygen shall be stored otherwise than in a place approved by the Licensing Authority, and marked, to the satisfaction of the Licensing Authority, by one or more notices in the English and Chinese languages indicating the storage of liquid oxygen. (c) No Container containing liquid oxygen shall be stored otherwise than under the care of a person having special experience, to the satisfaction of the Licensing Authority, of the handling of liquid oxygen.”.
